Who is responsible?
Roberto Alonso Aznar, Zaragoza, Spain. For privacy matters, contact robertoalonsoaznar@gmail.com.
Account and comments
To comment, provide a public name and verify your email with a one-time code. Your email stays private. Your chosen name, comment, date and language are visible in both editions of the article. Your account uses the same identity system as Roberto’s Mini-Lab and is recorded in the private contact register.
Account management and publication are necessary to provide the service you request. Temporary abuse prevention counters rely on the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. You can delete your comments after signing in. Roberto may remove spam or abusive content. Do not include private information in comments.
Optional advertising consent
You can register and comment without receiving advertising. The separate, unchecked option covers updates about Roberto’s content, projects and courses, promotions and discounts. Selecting it and verifying your email records the consent wording, version, source and date. Leaving it unchecked does not create a new subscription or cancel an existing one.
You can withdraw consent in the article’s advertising preferences after signing in, in the Mini-Lab preferences, through the unsubscribe link in each campaign, or by contacting Roberto. Withdrawal does not remove your account or affect previous lawful processing.
Training enquiries
The training form collects your name, email and enquiry to answer your request. Its required privacy checkbox records consent for handling the enquiry. The optional marketing checkbox is separate, and subscription is confirmed by email. An enquiry that does not lead to a professional relationship is retained for no longer than twelve months, subject to applicable obligations.
Providers and retention
Supabase hosts the central account and contact database in Paris. Resend delivers service messages and authorised marketing emails. Only Roberto can access the private contact management panel. Delivery, bounce and complaint status may be recorded to avoid sending to addresses with delivery issues. The panel does not collect opens or clicks. Personal data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Where providers require international transfers, applicable data protection safeguards must be used.
Accounts and comments are retained while participation is available unless you delete them or request removal. Marketing information is kept until withdrawal or deletion, with minimal evidence retained where needed to document consent and prevent unwanted sends. Verification challenges expire after ten minutes and sessions after twelve hours. Temporary abuse counters use a hash of an email or IP address; the conversation database does not retain the IP in plain text. Expired technical records are regularly removed when the service is used.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. To delete your account or exercise these rights, email Roberto with “Data protection” in the subject. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
